Iced Matcha Latte with Matcha Cold Foam Recipe
Matcha Cold Foam Ingredients
- ½ cup vegan heavy cream
- ½ cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder
Matcha Latte Ingredients
- ½ cup oat milk
To Make the Matcha Latte with Cold Foam
In a large glass, add vegan heavy cream, oat milk, vanilla syrup, and matcha powder. Then using a frother, whip until it becomes a foam consistency, about 2 minutes.
Add ice to a large glass , add ½ cup oat milk, then Yogi Organic Matcha Latte concentrate. Spoon on cold foam (there may be extra cold foam) and add a dusting of matcha powder.
Vanilla Matcha Latte with Matcha Whipped Cream Recipe
Matcha Whipped Cream Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder

- 1 cup Yogi Barista Organic Matcha Latte (warmed)
- ½ cup oat milk (warmed)
To Make the Vanilla Matcha Latte with Matcha Whipped Cream
To make matcha whipped cream, in a large glass add vegan heavy cream, matcha powder and vanilla syrup. Using a frother, whip until it becomes a creamy foam consistency.
To make the latte, in a large mug add warmed Yogi Organic Matcha Latte and warmed oat milk. Top with spoonfuls of matcha whipped cream (there may be extra whipped cream) and garnish with a dusting of matcha powder.
