Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2.00g) contains: Organic Cassia Cinnamon Trunk Bark (Cinnamomum aromaticum) 780 mg, Organic Turmeric Rhizome (Curcuma longa) 750 mg, Organic Cardamom Seed Pod (Ellataria cardamomum var. cardamomum) 162 mg, Organic Ginger Rhizome (Zingiber ofﬁcinale) 143 mg, Organic Clove Flower Bud (Syzygium aromaticum) 25 mg, Organic Black Pepper Fruit (Piper nigrum) 20 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic Stevia Leaf, Organic Flavour (Honey).

Directions for use: Adults : (18 years and older): 2 tea bag(s), 1 time per day. Add 250 mL (1 cup) of boiling water to 2 tea bags and steep for 7 minutes. Appetite loss: Take 30 minutes before meals. Digestive disturbances/Indigestion: Take with food/meal.
