Apple Banana Smoothie
Here comes a new recipe for a smoothie with fresh fruit and YOGI TEA® Women's Balance.
Have smoothies also conquered your palate? No wonder! Smoothies can be prepared in the wink of an eye: All that you need to conjure up this delicious and healthy refreshment in just a few minutes is a bit of fruit and/or vegetables, a liquid and a blender.
In this post, we suggest a green fruit-vegetable smoothie with YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha Lemon. Now we present a new recipe for a fruit smoothie that contains a very special ingredient: the YOGI TEA® Women's Balance.
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- ½ apple (large)
- 175 ml fresh orange juice
- 100 ml rice or soy drink
- 1 tsp. honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup YOGI TEA® Women's Balance
Preparation
1. Brew one cup of YOGI TEA® Women's Balance and let it cool.
2. Cut the fruit into coarse pieces and put in the blender with one half cup of the tea.
3. Blend everything for 2 minutes at medium speed.
4. Depending on the taste and consistency that you like, add the rest of the tea and/or water and blend for 10 seconds at the medium speed.
